Vicky started her career as a Veterinary Nurse back in 2010, qualifying in 2013, in a small animal practice in Scarborough. From here she enjoyed gaining some experience in a referral centre, before coming back to first opinion practice. Since then, she has also gained a Bsc (hons) in Equine Therapy and Rehabilitation and am undergoing certification as an Equine Massage Therapist. This allows me to combine my love of horses with my passion for rehabilitation and integrative therapy.
She is excited to integrate her Vet Nursing skills into Canine Hydrotherapy and Rehabilitation. Her black Labrador Dee is a regular staff pet you may see at the centre.
Vicky also runs The Visiting Vet Nurse mobile service.
Vicky has gained her Certificate in Canine Hydrotherapy through Canine Therapies training centre in Preston.
